Prices and specifications are subject to change. Goods are normally delivered 5-7 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery dates quoted are best estimates, however we cannot guarantee exact dates. All orders are fulfilled within 30 days unless otherwise notified. Consumer sales are for UK destinations only at the present time. Goods removed from the UK must be returned at customer expense to the UK mainland for included warranty services to apply. We regret that we do not export single orders overseas at this time although multiple orders for export are accepted. All prices are subject to change without notice or obligation. E & OE. Credit card transactions are free of surcharge. We regret that we are currently unable to accept AMEX or Diners cards.
 

Warranty
Easycaddy Electric Golf Trolleys are supplied with a three year total warranty, first year parts and labour warranty followed by two years labour only on a return to base basis. This standard service cover provides a parts and labour warranty on your Easycaddy electric golf trolley for the first 12 Months, followed by two years free service, (parts and carriage chargeable). The warranty service covers repair costs for your equipment if a failure occurs due to workmanship or faulty materials within the warranty period. Problems caused by or related to accidental damage or misuse are excluded.
Keep all packaging safe for reuse if necessary. If you ever need to return your Easycaddy please repack the unit suitably; preferably in the original packaging. All returned items should be adequately packed for transit. No responsibility will be taken for unauthorised returns or returned third party items. Ensure all goods returned are clearly marked on the outside of the packaging with the customer services number (supplied by Easycaddy customer service and support staff) otherwise your return will be rejected. If we arrange collection of goods you are obliged to ensure they are adequately packed for return transit. If you arrange to return goods yourself, you are responsible for the goods whilst in transit to us. You should ensure that you package items adequately for transit and that you use a traceable delivery service. Please have your serial number (usually found of the motor housing of the trolley) and place of purchase information on hand when you call us.
 

Terms & Conditions of Sale
EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 17.5%). Non-EU/exempt pay the exclusive price.
Payment accepted by credit/debit card, bank transfer/draft, postal/money order, or cash. Cheques take up to 14 days to clear. Express clearance available at a small charge.
We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability before ordering.
Goods not sold on a trial basis. Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
All goods remain property of Easycaddy Ltd until paid for in full. Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice.
Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract. Prices may change because of currency fluctuations.
Claims for short shipment, damage, non-functionality and miss-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt. After this date, and in all circumstances after 28 days, repair and not replacement will be offered.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged on items returned for refund which prove to be non-defective. In the case of sales governed by Distance selling regulations this fee is charged after the 7 day refund period has elapsed.
All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised by Easycaddy. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.
If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder. Errors and omissions excepted.
Easycaddy terms and conditions are governed by the laws Of England & Wales and these terms and conditions are determined by specific legislation, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000.

Where the contract of sale is governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer will have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of goods. If this occurs, and upon receipt of notice, the consumer is responsible for return of all goods supplied, complete, in good condition and in original packaging. Carriage costs are non-refundable.
